Event Refund Policy

Refunds

  • Cancelled Events
    If I cancel an event I will send you a message offering a refund or credit for a future event. If I do not hear from you in three (3) days I will automatically issue a refund.
  • Rescheduled Events
    If I reschedule an event I will send you a message offering a refund or the option to transfer to another event. If I do not hear from you in three (3) days I will automatically issue a refund.

Refunds will not be offered for any other reasons.

Event Credits

  • Advance Notification
    • Virtual / Online Events
      If you notify me at least one (1) hour prior to the event and no other exclusions apply you can carry the payment to a future event.
    • Physical / In Person Events
      If you notify me at least three (3) hours prior to the event and no other exclusions apply you can carry the payment to a future event.
  • Exclusions
    • No Shows / Last Minute Cancellations
      If you do not show up for an event you are signed up for and / or you do not notify me ahead of time you are not eligible for a credit or refund.
    • Minimum Seating Events
      If your cancellation puts me under my minimum to cover event expenses (location or professional guest), you are not eligible for credit unless the seat is filled.
    • Limited Seating Events
      If an event is limited and sold out, you are not eligible for credit unless the seat is filled.
  • Expiration
    • All credits are good for one (1) year from the date of the event.
